IWAM Bazaar

Sunday, October 1st, 2006

The International Womens Association of Malawi (IWAM) Bazaar is an annual event and is the biggest fund-raising event of the year to raise funds for the various charities which IWAM supports, such as orphanages, care for the old, hospitals and youth projects.

This year it will be held on Saturday 28th October 2006 at Bishop Mckenzie International School in Area 3.

It will be open to the public from 9am to 4pm and there will be a small charge at the gate.

We have a large number of different stalls, there is entertainment for children and we have organised a programme of dancing, singing and music throughout the day. It really is a great day out for a family!

The Forum Has Been Deleted

Thursday, September 7th, 2006

Running a public forum is not an easy job - especially when the people it has been set up to serve, do not use it and the only posts are those selling a variety of medicines and advertising links to dodgy sites.

As we had experienced this with the forum, I decided to delete it. So sorry, no forum. If you would like to complain then try an email to me at info @ fridayteam.com.

Thanks.

Let’s hope we get no one trying to sell us viagra again. Not until I am at least sixty anyway!
